Privacy Policy

This policy explains in detail how “Market Street Forum” along with its affiliated companies (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Market Street Forum”, “https://marketstreetforum.com/”) and our software providers (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”) use any information collected during any session of usage by you (hereinafter “your information”).

By using "Market Street Forum" signifies that you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not wish to accept our policies, please stop using our service and you may contact us to have your account removed if required. We may change our policy at any time and you will be informed when our policies change.

Spam Defense
The IPS Spam Defense Service passes the email address and IP address of the registering member to the service to determine the likelihood a registering account is a spam source.
SendGrid
SendGrid is used by this website to process and deliver emails.
Invisible reCAPTCHA
This site uses a CAPTCHA to ensure humans are performing certain actions. The CAPTCHA provider may set a session cookie and get information about your internet browser and device accessing this website.
